• Service details: information about your garage door, opener, or the issue you’re reporting, so our technicians can prepare for the job.
• Payment information: if you pay online or over the phone, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Communications: messages you send through our contact form, live chat, text messages, or email, including any details you choose to share.
• Reviews and testimonials: if you submit a review or testimonial, we may publish your name and comments with your permission.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent on the site.
• Approximate location: general location inferred from your IP address, used mainly to confirm you’re within our Charlotte-area service territory.
• Call data: if you call a phone number listed on our site, we may use call tracking to log the number dialed, call duration, and (with notice, where required) record the call for quality and training purposes.

Information from third parties

6Third-party links & services

Our site may link to third-party sites (like Google Maps, review platforms, or financing partners). We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — review their own policies before sharing information with them.

7Children’s privacy

Our services are directed to adults seeking garage door repair for their homes or businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
